Spot shipments are available on request with a minimum size of 50000 MT Forms of payments are flexible, depending upon the request of customers.

We are very serious when it comes to supply of Commodities and accept to work with serious buyers that provide correct documentation, we do not facilitate long chain of brokers or speculators between the buyers and sellers or believe in offering kickbacks or marking up of price.

• Quality  Spec:  GAS OIL L-0,2-82 ( GOST 305-82)

• Supply Ability : Minimum 50000 MT per Month

• Origin : Russia

• Packing  : Bulk shipment

• UNIT 1 MT = 7.4 BARRELS

• Every shipment is insured against contamination and loss.

• Contract Length  : Not exceeding 12 

• Price :USD/MT Gross-Net basis CIF ASWP

• Payment Types: Irrevocable, Confirmed, Transferable /Non–Transferable, Unconditional, Divisible, Auto Revolving FFRDLC /RDLC/ DLC/SBLC/ BG, Payable 100 % at sight against shipped quantity.

•  Inspections  : By SGS(Societe General de Surveillance ) Or Another compatible World class inspection organization at port of loading, confirming that the commodity meets the specifications supplied at loading port at sellers cost for quality , quantity photos of the product 

• PB : Not more then 2% of each shipment value

• We do not offer samples, past performances, Bill of lading or allocation letters. Genuine Buyers may only contact us.

Procedures :

• Buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order with banking information, granting permission to Seller to conduct Soft-probe and subject to Seller’s acceptance of the order.

• Seller signs the MFPA for the Commission to be paid by Seller’s Bank to Pay Masters.

• Seller will confirm the POP allocation quantity and insert to the Draft Contract and

• send to the Buyer.

• Buyer fills in the buyer information in the Contract and sign, return to Seller.

• Seller will insert the actual POP allocated quantity, Contract Number etc into the MFPA and the Seller must arrange Seller’s Bank to endorse the MFPA and issue a confirmation letter to all parties detailed in the MFPA. This procedure is only arranged upon Seller’s receipt of L/C from the Buyer.

• Buyer bank officer and Seller bank officer to discuss and agree on the text for the RDLC

• Buyer and Seller will discuss the SPA arrangement via bank to bank.

• Buyer’s Bank issues RWA confirming that Buyer is ready, willing and able to issue the RDLC upon receipt of Seller’s POP documents

• Buyer’s Bank issues 100% Pre- advise Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible, Unconditional,

• Auto- Revolving DLC

• Seller’s Bank issues 2% PB to the Buyer’s bank for product price.

• RDLC becomes Operative upon receipt of Seller’s 2% PB

• Shipment commence as per Contract
